My Philosophys
Training Philosophy
Shelter and Rescues are difficult places to be for animals, that’s why I use positive reward based methods. I focus on meeting needs, understanding motivations and addressing underlying causes rather than just looking insularly at behaviour.
Coaching and development philosophy
We all bring our experience to everything we do. I view my job as facilitating development, allowing us to build on our own experience in order to improve. My sessions are interactive allowing us all to learn from each other as well as developing ourselves.
Organisation Support Philosophy
We are all here for the animals, and our organisations are all at different stages of their journey. Working with Several rescues of varying sizes I take an individual and holistic approach to working with organisations of all shapes and sizes
Communication Philosophy
Shelter and rescue is forever a reactive industry with every day looking different to the next. I am to get back to you as soon as possible but sometimes times scales can vary. I will normally reply within 3 working day.
