I've helped develop and embed a range of operational and behaviour policies and procedures, so I know what it takes for them to work on the floor as well as on paper. Some places organisations often start:

- Team strategy sessions or a hands-on team strategy day with staff and volunteers

- Support writing and embedding new policies, onboarding and training resources
- On-site training and handover

- Single consultation (Zoom): £150 ($200). A 60-minute call to talk through a specific challenge, with written notes and suggested next steps afterwards.
- Team strategy sessions (online): from £300 ($400)
- Team strategy day (on site): from £1,500 ($2,000)
- Organisational packages combining policy, onboarding and training: from £3,500 ($4,700)
Every package is tailored to your organisation, includes travel and expenses, and can be phased across financial years. You'll receive a clear proposal and investment before anything starts.
